Terms and Conditions for Retailers
Orders
Orders are primarily placed via our wholesale webshop, but can also be made via email or phone: linda@pabst.se. A binding purchase agreement is formed once we have confirmed the order with a final order confirmation via email. The minimum order value is SEK 1,500 excluding VAT per order.
Price & Quantities
All prices listed on our website are stated per unit and exclude VAT and shipping costs. Customers outside Sweden will not be charged VAT.
We reserve the right to adjust the quantity of ordered items if the quantity ordered does not match the standard package size. Inner packages will not be split. The quantity you order per item must match the required increments stated for each specific product. We reserve the right to adjust prices and fees and are not liable for any typographical errors.
Payment Terms
We offer two secure ways to pay for your wholesale order:
- Klarna: Fast and secure payment using credit/debit cards or local direct banking options at checkout.
- Invoice (20 Days Net): Available for registered businesses, subject to an approved credit check. The invoice is issued upon shipment and must be paid within 20 days. If credit is not approved, we reserve the right to require advance payment before shipping your order.
In the event of late payment on direct invoices, interest on arrears will be charged in accordance with the Swedish Interest Act (currently the reference rate + 8 percentage points), along with a statutory late payment fee (currently SEK 50).
Delivery & Stock Availability
Standard items in stock are shipped promptly, with an estimated delivery time of up to 10 business days. We reserve the right for products to be temporarily out of stock. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and ship the rest of your order as usual. The backordered item will be delivered to you as soon as it becomes available, unless otherwise agreed. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
Shipping & Transport Damage
Prices are stated excluding shipping. Shipping costs will be added and are to be paid by the buyer at checkout.
You must inspect the goods and packaging immediately upon receipt. Do not sign the delivery receipt without verifying that the goods are undamaged. Any transport damages must be reported to us via email (linda@pabst.se) within 3 business days of receiving the delivery so we can claim it with the carrier. Please document the damage with photos of both the packaging and the damaged products.
Claims & Returns
As this is a business-to-business (B2B) webshop, all purchases made by registered businesses are final. We do not offer a general right of return or exchange.
If you receive the wrong products or if an item is defective, you must notify us within 3 business days of receiving the delivery. Faulty products must be returned free of shipping charges in accordance with our instructions. Claims made after this period will unfortunately not be considered. Returns are only accepted after prior written confirmation from us.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation of an order is possible at no cost until the order has been processed. Processing usually occurs when the invoice and shipping documents are generated. Cancellation after the order has been processed is not possible, and you are obligated to receive the shipment. A cancellation is not valid until you have received a written confirmation from us.
Product Presentation and Exposure
All our products must be sold in their original packaging. Set boxes, greeting cards, gift tags, art prints, and other multi-packs may not be broken up and sold separately.
Liability
Beyond what is stated above, we hold no liability for errors and/or delays and are not responsible for any damages—whether direct or indirect.
Disputes
Any potential dispute shall be referred to and settled by a Swedish court under Swedish law.
Force Majeure
Marcel Pabst Fotografi AB is exempt from fulfilling delivery obligations if prevented due to circumstances beyond our control that could not reasonably have been foreseen at the time of the agreement—such as labor disputes, fires, accidents, wars, governmental decisions, missed deliveries from subcontractors, or other events significantly affecting our ability to fulfill the agreement.
